He smiles up at her, watching as she wheels out their cart and comes back carefully -- just in case. It's neurotic but it's not like he minds keeping such close tabs on her so he gives himself a pass for that much.
"Exhausted." Too exhausted to sleep, probably, but he won't bother her with that. She must be just as tired.
