She breathes a short, little laugh at that. "Yeah. We should be a few steps ahead." Relieved that the glint of panic is gone from his eyes at least for the time being, Pepper makes to lean their foreheads together, but his question startles her enough to pull back a little without contact.
"Of course I do," she says instantly, earnestly. "They'll give me the first ultrasound." Her expression softens at the thought of actually seeing their baby for the first time; not that the fetus probably looks like much at eight weeks. "I wouldn't want you to miss that."
